Responsibilities
• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
• Update internal databases with new hire information
• Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
• Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
• Publish and remove job ads
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department
• Develop training and onboarding material
• Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, the number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
• Looking after procurement related to office daily needs- stationery, pantry, etc.
• Contracts management.
• Cost control and ensuring timely implementation of the project.
• Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.,
• Purchasing, Implementation, and operations of Security and Surveillance
• Vendor management- Oversee acquisition, installation, and commissioning of equipment that are required for the facility – IT Systems, air conditioning, etc.
• Processes, Documentation, Business Control checks, audits, etc.
• Monitor all Statutory Compliance areas.
• Asset Management of all Site operations assets across multiple locations.
 
Requirements and Skills
• Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Good negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Experience using spreadsheets
• Organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
