Terms Of Payment
1. Payment is made by the Charterer in the form of non-cash settlements before the start of transportation / transfer according to the invoice issued by the Charterer, no later than three days from the date of invoicing, but not less than 24 hours before the start of transportation / transfer. The invoice is considered paid upon receipt of funds to the account of the Charterer.
2. In case of exceeding the paid time for chartering the transport, the Charterer shall issue an invoice to the Charterer for an additional payment upon the services rendered.
3. Calculation of the cost of freight transport is carried out with rounding up to half an hour.
4. Paid parking is paid by the Charterer.
Terms Of Cancellation
In case of cancellation of carriage / transfer according to the application previously confirmed by the Charterer in time:
– less than 7 days before the date of delivery of the transport, the Charterer withholds a fine of 5% of the cost of services upon request;
– less than 5 days before the date of delivery of the transport, the Charterer withholds a fine of 10% of the cost of services upon request;
– less than 3 days before the date of delivery of the transport, the Charterer withholds a fine of 50% of the cost of services upon request;
– less than 24 hours before the delivery of the transport, the Charterer withholds a penalty in the amount of 100% of the cost of services upon request.
How to pay for an order
1. Online bank card (Internet Acquiring)
After confirming the order, our operator / manager will send you the order number and the amount to be paid by e-mail. By clicking “PAY ORDER”, you will go to the payment form, where you must enter the order number, amount and your e-mail. Next, you will be redirected to the secure page of the PayOnline System processing center, where you must enter your bank card details.
Payment is made through the processing center of PayOnline System LLC by bank cards of international payment systems: Visa (Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, Visa Electron) MasterCard (MasterCard Mass, MasterCard Gold, MasterCard Platinum, MasterCard Electronic), Maestro.
